Tenancy Paperwork

• Application: if you are a new Carlain Property Tenant, please set-up an account on “Click & Let”, www.clickandlet.co.uk. This creates your application form.
• Tenancy Agreement: you also each need to sign the Tenancy Agreement. Please note that signature of the Tenancy Agreement confirms your agreement to rent the property. You can view our tenancy agreement here
• Setting up your rent payments you'll each set up an instruction to your bank to pay your share of the rent.
• Deposit usually £300 in Cheltenham and Gloucester: on signing the Tenancy Agreement, you & your housemates each pay a £300 Deposit usually in one payment unless otherwise agreed. See Deposits next for more information.
