Deposits

As outlined in booking your house and what happens next you will have paid the Deposit in one or two instalments.

We will insure the Tenancy Deposit with MyDeposits.co.uk. We'll email you a copy of the Deposit Protection Certificate and the Prescribed Information.

The whole Deposit will be retained until your Tenancy ends when it becomes refundable in full subject only to any deductions for excess utility consumption or breakages, damages beyond fair wear & tear or failure to adequately clean your house.
