Other Payments

Here is a list of other payments we may charge in connection to a Assured Shorthold Tenancy:

• Lost keys are recharged at cost;
• Interest on rent, which is 14 or more days in arrears, is charged at 3% above Barclays Bank base rate; and
• Other tenancy default – costs, losses, damages or compensation as a result of a breach of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
