Moving Out

A few weeks before the end of your tenancy, we will visit to carry out a provisional inspection and discuss any concerns you may have. We'll provide you with a goody bag of cleaning products (!) and a cleaning checklist setting out what we expect of you.

Our aim is to encourage you to leave the house in a good condition to minimise deposit deductions.
