Inventory

After you have moved in we will arrange an introduction meeting to explain various features of the house, such as the how the heating works and bin collection and recycling.

We will also run through the inventory with you. This is your opportunity to point out to us any maintenance or cleaning issues that we may have missed during the summer changeover and any items that you would like noted for inventory purposes.

In simple terms we provide a clean, well maintained and fully furnished house. We would like you to leave it in the same condition when you move out, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
