History Of Carlain Property

History Of Carlain Property

In 1999 Andy Laing and Diana Carter launched Carlain Property in Cheltenham. The aim was to invest in and manage good properties, specifically for students. They started to build up a portfolio of predominantly Victorian-era properties and extensively refurbished each one.

Drawing on their experience from the corporate world, they aimed to offer better properties and better service than competitors.

Following Andy and Diana’s lead, Nick Laing left his job in the City in 2002 to join forces. He built up his own portfolio alongside and since then has grown steadily.

In 2010 Carlain Property expanded into Oxford and Gloucester in 2016.

Steve and Jo now lead the team in the day to day running of Carlain Property.
