Carlain Property is a family business renting 1st class homes to students in Cheltenham. We own and manage our houses so we take a personal interest in having happy tenants. All our houses are located in central Cheltenham, conveniently close to college campuses. [Map]

Our tenants recommend us! Often new tenants are introduced by existing tenants. We let houses to groups of friends - not individual rooms.

We attend the Students' Union Freshers Fayre every year where visitors to our stand can register to be sent our availability list each autumn. The Students' Union can advise about accommodation options. You can contact them via theirwebsite .

From 2012/13 all rooms are £359 per month (£85.19 per week) inclusive. This means you make just one monthly payment of £359 that covers your rent, gas, electricity, water, TV licence and Freeview TV and Broadband... everything except telephone and Council Tax charges (Full time students are exempt from Council Tax).

An excellent and friendly support team provide a rapid response when needed. Our team includes Locksmith, Electrician, Plumber, Gas Engineer, Gardener and Builders.

Our homes are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis.
