Ideally you will have a group of 4 or more friends looking for a house. However don't worry if it is just you - we often have vacancies for one or two people.

2 We'll contact you and we will arrange to meet you. You will need to provide:
  • A completed Application Form
  • A reservation deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent (£349 in 11-12), plus £6 non-refundable insurance premium. The insurance premium is because The Housing Act 2004 requires your deposit to be insured (Sorry not our idea - blame John Prescott & Ruth Kelly!)
  • We ask for this in 2 installments - part (£100) when you reserve your house and a cheque for the £255 balance to be cashed nearer your moving-in date.
  • A Standing Order Mandate - The Standing Order Mandate is an instruction to your bank to debit your rent payment from your bank account at the start of each month.
  • A Signed Tenancy Agreement You and your housemates will all need to sign the following:

  • A Guarantor Form which we will request in writing from your parents before you move in.
